If you are looking for a new way to engage your students, bring your school group to the GWDC for an immersive learning experience that your students are sure to remember for a long time to come! We have the ability to host school groups both large and small from all over the region and facilitate conservation-oriented field trips.
When you arrive at the GWDC you will receive an introduction and orientation from one of our Interpretive Naturalists. We are a self-guided facility with informative signage throughout the grounds, Interpretive Naturalists are available for questions and compelling educational programs are scheduled during the day. Students also have the opportunity to explore another educational tool “BEARS: Imagination and Reality” an interactive museum exhibit at their leisure.

School Group Rates
Teachers, chaperones, bus driver and additional adults pay the student rate for their group. All school groups must have a chaperone for every ten students, we will allow up to two or three additional chaperones at the student rate. Additional chaperones will pay the higher rate.
A joint school group ticket with the Yellowstone Giant Screen Theater is available for your school group. Arrangements must be made in advance. The GWDC will collect funds and issue a receipt for the Yellowstone Giant Screen Theater.

Cash, school check or credit cards are accepted. Please pay in a lump sum for the group.
The Center can accommodate groups from 9:00 am until one hour prior to closing.
