Visitors to Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center will experience awe-inspiring attractions with the addition of the Center’s new Naturalist Cabin and the River Valley Wolf Habitat.
The beautifully designed Naturalist Cabin is located between the Center’s two wolf habitats, visitors can now experience two separate wolf packs interacting with each other from the comfort of the cabin. Large floor-to-ceiling windows allow for intimate glimpses into the complex social lives of these wolves. A large fireplace adds to the attractiveness of the cabin, giving everyone a chance to warm up on those cold West Yellowstone winter days. The cabin also features interpretive displays, a National Geographic film on wolves and a life-sized wolf model. Center Staff utilize this new addition as a comfortable environment to learn about wolves through its daily “Pack Chats”.
